High Agency AI ("we", "us") operates highagencyai.ca and the pages linked from it. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, book a call, apply for a program or join the newsletter, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in British Columbia, Canada and handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

what we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out an application or sign up for the newsletter we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, your dealership or company name and website, your role, and answers about your advertising, such as what you spend and what you pay per lead.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our service providers collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the links you click, how you arrived at the site and the time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Information from advertising platforms. If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may share with us that you clicked or interacted with the ad, along with the information you submit through a lead form on their platform.

cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies through the following providers:

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and to show ads to people who have visited this site. When you enter your email address or phone number on the site, the pixel converts it into a hashed (scrambled) code in your browser before sending it to Meta, so Meta can match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account without receiving the details in readable form. When you book a call, we also send Meta a record of the booking from our server through the Meta Conversions API, with your email address and phone number hashed in the same way. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ads. Meta's policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control the ads you see at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which powers our booking calendar, forms and email, and stores the contact details you submit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect parts of the site such as the booking calendar. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above so they can run the site, the calendar, email and analytics on our behalf, with professional advisers where needed, and where the law requires it. Some providers store data in the United States, and by using the site you consent to that transfer.

how long we keep it

We keep contact and application details for as long as we have a business relationship with you or you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.

your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, by emailing the address below. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls at our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

children

The site and our programs are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
